Help, privacy, and account data
NTHSTR support is handled by email while the product is in TestFlight and App Store review. We use this page as the public support URL for Apple review and customer account questions.

info@simplellc.comFor deletion or privacy requests, email privacy@simplellc.com and include the email address on your NTHSTR account.
Get help
For account, billing, data, or App Store review questions, email the support inbox. Include the platform, build number, and a short description of what happened.
Export your data
Signed-in users can open Settings, Account data, and download a JSON export of workspace content before changing accounts or deleting data.
Delete your account
Settings includes a typed DELETE confirmation. Sole-member workspaces are deleted in-app; shared workspaces are routed for support review to avoid destroying team data unexpectedly.
Privacy and subprocessors
The Privacy Policy lists the data NTHSTR processes, the AI providers used when you invoke AI features, and the third-party subprocessors behind the service.
